Telephony Solutions: CallPath Upgrade


As you probably know, Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc. purchased the CallPath line of products from IBM in May of 2001. Genesys has continued to enhance CallPath. Beginning with the Genesys CallPath Version 6.5 release, CallPath is integrated into the Genesys Framework

What does this mean to me? With the integration of CallPath into the Genesys Framework, this allows any of the advanced Genesys applications to be implemented within the contact center, without losing the investment with CallPath.
