Support: Prime Vendor Support

Prime vendor support is offered to those customers who purchase non-CCS software and/or non-CCS hardware from CCS and have CCS perform the system integration or implementation of those products. All products listed as support type of "Assistance" in the supported product list can be covered by a prime vendor support relationship.
