Prime vendor support is offered to those customers who purchase non-CCS software and/or non-CCS hardware from Cothern Computer Systems, and have CCS perform the system integration or implementation of those products. All products listed as support type of “assistance” in the supported product list can be covered by a prime vendor support relationship. CCS maintains support relationships with all of the third party vendor software/hardware that we implement. Part of this relationship includes quick access to escalation points for critical, production effecting issues.
