Support: Contract Options
There are two options for support for those customers who have a support contract with us.
Those options are:
- Premium Support Contract
- Standard Support Contract
- 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year support
- One hour maximum response time for initial callback
- Priority callback over standard and no contract customers
- Toll-free number for non-business hours support
- Technical support personnel on-call during non-business hours
- A support contract is required for each site that has a CCS software deliverable installed
- Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Central Time support
- Two business hour maximum response time for initial callback
- Toll-free number for support calls
- A support contract is required for each site that has a CCS software deliverable installed
