Contract Options

A support contract is available for each site that has CCS software deliverables installed. There are two primary options:

Premium Support Standard Support
  • 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year support
  • Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM CDT support
  • One hour maximum response time for initial callback
  • Two business hour maximum response time for initial callback
  • Priority callback over standard and no contract customers
  • Toll-free number for support calls
  • A toll-free number for non-business hours support
  • Technical support personnel on-call during non-business hours
