Contract Options

A support contract is required for each site that has CCS software deliverable installed. For our customers that have a support contract with us, there are two primary options:

  • Premium Support Contract
  • Standard Support Contract

Premium Support Contract includes:

  • 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year support
  • One hour maximum response time for initial callback
  • Priority callback over standard and no contract customers
  • A toll-free number for non-business hours support
  • Technical support personnel on-call during non-business hours

Standard Support Contract includes:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM CDT support
  • Two business hour maximum response time for initial callback
  • Toll-free number for support calls
